The Spell Languages Family loyalty programme is offered at 3 levels, with the following specific entry requirements:

Spell Languages Family

Criteria: all families of children enrolled with Spell Languages may join the programme.

Membership fee: 150.-/year

Spell Languages Family+

Criteria: families enrolled with Spell Languages for at least 3 consecutive years and/or having spent at least 5’000.- per year.

Membership fee: 200.-/year

Spell Languages Family Selects

Criteria: families enrolled with Spell Languages for at least 5 consecutive years and/or having spent at least 10’000.- per year.

Membership fee: 200.-/year

Membership procedure

Customers may sign up for the loyalty programme directly at the centre’s reception desk or by email.

1. Discount on group classes (- 5%, - 10%, - 15%)

The discount on group classes is valid for any group class booked with Spell Languages. This discount cannot be combined with the sibling discount. The discount applies to all orders made after the customer has joined the loyalty programme and cannot be applied to any prior order. Reimbursements are therefore not possible.

2. Discount on holiday camps (- 50 CHF, - 100 CHF, - 150 CHF)

The discount on holiday camps is valid for any camp booked with Spell Languages and is granted per purchase.

If several camps are booked at the same time, the “holiday camps discount” is applied to the total invoice.

3. Discount on private classes

Members of the Family Selects programme benefit from advantageous prices for private classes, according to a personalised offer.

4. Blocked prices

Members of the Family+ and Family Selects programmes benefit from blocked prices by renewing their membership from one school year to the next. Blocked prices are applied per individual child and correspond to the prices in effect at the time of the child’s enrollment.

5. 7/7 assistance

Members of the Family Selects programme benefit from 7/7 assistance between 9am and 6pm by contacting the secretariat via the Class Dojo platform.

6. Exclusive Flash offers

All members of the loyalty programme benefit from exclusive flash offers announced by email in a special Newsletter.

7. Saturday Creative classes (pass 1, 5, 10 classes)

All members of the loyalty programme receive a certain number of free Saturday 4 hour Creative classes in addition to any group classes booked with Spell Languages. If the Saturday class is the only class booked with Spell Languages for the current school year, this class cannot be free.

The number of classes is offered per family (not per child).

8. First to know

Members of the Family Selects programme will be the first to know of any changes, enrollment launches and general offers.

9. Recommand and earn (up to - 200 CHF, - 350 CHF, - 550 CHF)

Any member of the loyalty programme can refer a friend and receive a credit of CHF 50.- per enrolled family who enters the member’s last name as a referral number in their enrollment. For each loyalty programme, the maximum amount is indicated above. After each referral, the earned amount is recorded as a credit note and will be applied to the following invoice. The amount cannot be discounted from an existing invoice. No payments will be made. The credit received from the referral is valid for one school year.

1.3 How long are your classes?

1.4 What is the best age to start?

The earlier the better! Taking into account the studies that prove that 25min of meaningful language input per week is enough for the young brains to imprint on the language, we offer you Playgroups - a highly entertaining class for your 0 - 4 year olds that you accompany at least once a week.

1.5 Is starting at later age an option?

Of course! It's never too late and for as long as your child joins a class that is level and age adapted, they can start at any point. Starting in childhood is an early start as such and will always benefit your child at a long run.

1.6 What are your progress guarantees?

Above all, we guarantee that your child will develop self confidence and love for language learning. On average, if you start as a beginner, it takes 5 years of classes once a week for us to get your child to conversational level. For kids at higher and native levels, we offer creative reading and writing classes as well as help them in maintaining and further enriching their language skills.
