The October holidays are the perfect opportunity for children to learn, explore, and have fun in a new language! As educators, linguists, and parents ourselves, we at Spell Languages have created a week of immersive camps designed to spark curiosity and creativity. Right in the heart of Geneva, we offer English, French and German camps built around exciting themes, passionate teachers, hands-on projects, arts and crafts, outdoor games, songs, stories, and local adventures. Every day is filled with meaningful language immersion, giving children the chance to discover, create, and make lasting memories while having fun.
Weekly Theme: Across The Beatles Universe
How does a group of friends become one of the most iconic bands in history? Throughout the week from October 19th to October 23rd, children will explore the story of The Beatles, discovering a new song each half day all while learning about the band's journey—from their hometown of Liverpool and the instruments they played to the unique personalities of each member. Along the way, they will uncover fun facts about The Beatles, explore how songs are written, and discover what it takes to create and perform as a band. Working in teams, children will form their own band, invent a name and logo, and draw inspiration from Beatles lyrics to write a new original song. To complete their musical project, they will design a cover for their debut single before taking to the stage to perform their creation at the Spell Music Festival.
Immersive Language Play
As they explore the story of the Beatles, campers will use English or French to collaborate, solve creative challenges, and develop their own musical projects. From discussing ideas and writing lyrics to presenting their band and performing on stage, they will naturally expand their vocabulary while strengthening communication, collaboration, and self-expression through authentic, project-based learning.

Daily Outings
Each day, children will dive into the world of The Beatles, exploring their music, creativity, and iconic legacy through exciting outings such as a visit to the Jardin Botanique inspired by Octopus’s Garden, a Lake Geneva adventure inspired by Yellow Submarine, a walk through old town and a trip to Parc La Grange!
